The property was beautiful set out, lovely big pool and lots of places to relax. The room was clean and spacious, great aircon, bed was so comfy and the room had lots of storage space. HOT showers which didn't turn cool after a few mins like some do 🙏🏼 The breakfast was so good! I looked forward to it every morning. The best part though was the staff, so kind, so welcoming, even arranged and airport pick up for me and were so polite and lovely. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Senggigi.

Staff were amazing, Nia and Lydia looked after us so well. A simple breakfast of toast, bacon and eggs was always cooked to perfection. Lombok coffee tops. We could use fridge near pool for our bread and milk etc, thankyou Pool was great to relax in., Laundry came back so clean and smelling good. Motorbike hire was a breeze. Location was handy, Across the road was Temptation restaurant, so many choices and their milkshakes were so moorish. Will definitely recommend Jazz Senggigi

Close to the beach, good rates for motorcycle rental, clean big pool, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, affordable breakfast, and incredibly kind staff. With a bike everything was easy to reach but even without one there is plenty to do within a 15 min walk. We liked it here so much that we extended our stay.

Lovely hotel with a great pool! Shame it was so quiet, as I can imagine it's a great vibe when busy. Room was perfect for what we needed and in a good location. The staff were really lovely. Shoutout to Arman who took us to and from the port. He was so friendly and exceptional at his job.

The staff are what makes this hotel! They are amazing, super helpful and kind. They could not do enough for us! The breakfast was simple but good. They changed our room for us to one with a private bathroom without any trouble after we hadn't realised the twin rooms didn't come with a private bathroom. The air con and wifi were good and we loved the cats!

It is in a great location. There is a large and modern indomart about 50 metres away. There is a sports bar/bakery directly opposite the hotel which is great but they close at 8pm so not noisy. There was always a bluebird taxi parked near the end of the street. A ride into the main section of Sengiggi cost about 6000 Rupiah. Also there were a couple of beach bars in close vicinity with reasonable pricing. The pool was clean and nice to cool off in .The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. The included breakfast was very good and had many options. Was very good value for money.

My private room was comfortable and a great value for the price. Laundry was quick, airport shuttle was easy to book and a great bakery across the street!

The most comfortable bed I slept in in all of Lombok, much needed after the Mt Rinjani Hike!! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was a great size with good AC. Everything you need for a one-night stay.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a issue with our shower and they resolved it quickly. Breakfast was really nice. The room is basic but the bed is very large and comfortable. It is a 2 minute walk from a nice beach and restraunts. There is a really big pool! And they have really cute cats:)

Great Room. Super clean with great aircon, hot shower, and an amazing sea view from the balcony. Only 100 meters from the beach with restaurants, bars and shops close by too. Walking distance. Really good location.
